Content Management (DAM / CMS)

Store and organize assets, manage landing pages, keep content current.

Provide reps with tools, training, and up-to-date campaign resources.

Handle orders, answer questions, collect feedback, support repeat business.

Status:Feedback loop into campaign iteration being formalized.

These operational enablers are often called Marketing Operations (MarOps) and Revenue Operations (RevOps). They sit underneath every campaign on every line of business. When a campaign fails, the failure is almost always at this level, not at the strategy level.
